Wildfire/Emergency Alert Plan

The community is in the process of compiling a wildfire/emergency response network by area.  The intent is to create a call-down list by area to inform residents of wildfire and other emergency issues.

Residents who experienced the July 2012 Calf Canyon Fire and others previous to that understand how quickly you need to react.  A common concern is being away from your property when a fire threatens:

• Who will inform you if you are not at home when a fire threatens?
• Who will assist with the evacuation of your family, pets, and livestock when a fire threatens?
